Your order is tracked from payment to delivery, with a temporary settlement hold for safer fulfillment.
Your payment is protected during fulfillmentAfter purchase, the partner's settlement amount is temporarily kept as Locked / Held in the red escrow balance. It is not immediately available for the partner to withdraw.
An order chat opens automaticallyYour purchase creates a direct order room with the assigned partner. Use that chat for credentials, delivery updates and any access problem so the order has a clear record.
Verified marketplace partnerThe partner shown on this page is active and verified in the BudgetDealz partner system. Fulfillment is tied to that partner account and BudgetDealz marketplace terms/agreement.
If credentials are not deliveredReport the issue in the order chat during the protection/hold period. If the order is verified as undelivered or invalid under the applicable order terms, the full eligible purchase amount is returned to your BudgetDealz wallet.
Clear duration and renewalYour order stores the plan duration and expiry date. You can renew from My Orders; an early renewal extends from the existing expiry instead of throwing away remaining time.
For the strongest protection, keep delivery and problem reports inside the BudgetDealz order chat and raise any issue before settlement is released.
